They are extrusion products. The length can be anyone you need. The section we have now is 133*23mm, 290*13mm, 520*20mm.
We can make UHMWPE product, whose molecular weight reaches 3 million (ISO), by domestic M3 raw material. The abrasion-resistance of the product is as good as M5 UHMWPE sample. Lianguan has succeeded in extrusion of TICONA GUR4150.
Jiangsu Lianguan Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd, cooperating with the Institute of Chemistry Chinese Academy of Sciences, exploited the firenew screw extruder to successfully produce UHMWPE pipe and board. After long-term research and development, we conquered the difficulties in process technics. Screw extrusion UHMWPE pipes and boards have reached the international advanced level.
Breaking through traditional process principle, Lianguans UHMWPE product (with all good characteristic of raw material) obtained intellectual property. We invented the principle near melting point to develop process technics and equipment.
